- An affidavit signed by a U.S. Postal Service contract driver states he hauled 25 pallets of ballots from New York to Pennsylvania. The ballots mysteriously disappeared. The Postal Service has declined to comment. Election officials say the ballots could have been mailed by voters living out of state! See affidavit.
- State Supreme Court ruled:
- Ballots can be received after the election by three days
- Ballots can be accepted without postmark dates
- Allowed use of dropboxes
- Signature matching not required

- Poll workers not allowed to watch
- 2.7 million ballots sent out. Later claimed 3.1 million ballots sent out. No answer yet for the discrepancy.
- Certain counties allowed persons to contact individuals who had improper requirements on ballots
- Republican poll watchers/observers were denied entry to ballot counting centers despite presenting proper certification.
- Republican poll watchers were limited to viewing the process and enforced by local law enforcement.
- Tens of thousands of ballots were processed in back rooms where poll observers were prohibited from observing.
- 8,000 dead voters successful casting mail-in ballots
- Accepted mail-in and absentee ballots after Election Day - against state law.
- The overall rejection rate dropped from 1.0% in 2016 to .28% in 2020.
- Naked ballots (no outer envelope with voter's signature) were accepted which were illegal according to state law.
- Ballots were illegally dumped into drop boxes with no chain of custody.
- Photo of poll worker used and unsecured USB drive to dump votes on tabulation machine. The resultant tabulations did not correlate with mail in ballots.
- 25,000 ballots requested from nursing homes at the same time.
- Mail-in ballots requested and submitted, yet individuals were not aware of them.
- 80-100 self-proclaimed Black Lives matter affiliated members from outside PA admitted to voting in PA.
