Trump lawyers claimed and submitted 20 binders of evidence supporting their claims:
- Nevada law requires persons not machines verify signatures. Yet Clark County used a signature matching computer system.
- Native Americans traded their votes for Visa gift cards, jewelery, etc (on video)
- 42,000 voters "voted twice"
- The overall rejection rate dropped from 1.6% in 2016 to .58% in 2020.
- Voting irregularities associated with the Agilis machine have called into question 130,000 votes.
- 2,468 changed their address to another country or state
- 1,500 listed as deceased by the Social Security Administration
- 20,000 had a non-Nevada mailing address
- 6,000 had U.S. Postal Service "flags" or "vacant address"
- 8,000 ballots cast by voters with addresses non-existent
- 15,000 were registered to vacant or commercial properties
- 15,000 mail in voters have voted in other states.
- Republican poll watchers were limited to viewing the process and enforced by local law enforcement.
