• 75,000 absentee ballots were reported as unreturned when they were actually returned. The ballots were then lost or destroyed and replaced with blank ballots filled out by election workers.
• 1.6 million mail-in ballots subjected to lower standards than in-person voting.
• Statistically improbably high voter turnouts in Maricopa and Pima counties.
